Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
• Assistant I requires 1 year of administrative/clerical or project responsibilities.
• Assistant II requires 1 year of administrative/clerical responsibilities plus 1 year in a financial institution.
• Call center experience or sales/service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs fulfillment support for staff and members.
• Creates and maintains reports and spreadsheets; tracks sales contests.
• Sorts and distributes mail and faxes; records keeping, copying and filing.
• Processes member transactions and requests accurately and timely.
• Provides friendly, outward-facing service and supports staff with system setup.
• Adheres to key and dual-control policies and procedures.
• Ensures security procedures and adheres to all policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
