Job summary

Cypress-Fairbanks ISD seeks a seasoned operations leader to oversee the district's Support Services departments, driving efficiency, safety, and reliable service delivery across all sites. You will lead staff training, manage attendance and performance matters, collaborate with the Assistant Director on recruitment, and ensure proactive maintenance and procurement to meet department objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
3+ years of management experience in operations.
Ability to train, supervise, and motivate teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of all Support Services departments for efficiency and safety.
Liaise with customers to provide guidance and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
Communicate project timelines and cost-saving recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain knowledge of equipment and technology to support teams.
Lead staff training and development to ensure safe operational practices.
Assist in recruitment with interviews and hiring recommendations.
Manage attendance, policy adherence, and performance matters.
Coordinate with leadership during absence of department management.
Support enterprise equipment and service needs on site.
