Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School required.
• Experience: Two years in support service functions (healthcare, hospitality, janitorial or maintenance). Lead/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Support Services employees to improve environment and quality of services.
• Assigns and prioritizes tasks and work requests.
• Monitors performance; conducts training and enforces disciplinary actions as needed.
• Issues supplies/equipment; inspects safety/quality; ensures adherence to policies.
• Maintains safety procedures per CCMC/ARAMARK/regulatory requirements.
• Supervises daily, weekly, monthly schedules; addresses payroll/benefit issues and credentials.
