Job summary

Connecticut Children’s is a premier pediatric health system dedicated to children’s care. This role coordinates Support Services staff to continually improve the environment and the quality of services provided to patients and families.

The successful candidate will supervise daily schedules, monitor performance, and ensure safety and compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and other standards while maintaining a culture of service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School required.
• Experience: 2 years in support service functions.
• Preferred: Lead/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge/abilities: polite, service-oriented communication.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and prioritizes tasks for Support Services staff.
• Monitors performance and implements disciplinary actions as needed.
• Trains staff and handles safety and quality assurance procedures.
• Distributes supplies and ensures equipment is available daily.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
