Job summary

American Automobile Association (AAA) is seeking a service-oriented team member in Peoria, AZ. You will arrange transportation for customers during vehicle repairs and perform clerical duties to support records and invoicing.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills. Responsibilities include handling repair orders in the shop system, answering calls, processing payments, and occasionally traveling between locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Two years’ experience in retail/sales/service industry.
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and/or administer transportation of customers during vehicle repair via rideshare, rental or company vehicle.
• Provide clerical support and secure document storage.
• Receive parts and process returns; create/modify repair orders in the shop management system when needed.
• Answer phones; assist with invoicing and payments.
