Job summary

American Automobile Association in Scottsdale is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to arrange and administer transportation for customers during vehicle repairs, via rideshare, rental, or company vehicles. You will perform clerical duties, manage repair orders, handle invoicing, answer phones, and support parts flow.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior retail/service experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years in retail/sales/service industries.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, browsers, and email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and administer transportation of customers during vehicle repairs via rideshare, rental, or company vehicle.
• Performs needed clerical or administrative duties to support accurate record keeping and secure storage of documents within the location.
• Receive parts and process returns.
• Create, modify and finalize repair orders in the shop management system to act as a backup when Services Advisors are not available.
• Answer phones when necessary.
• Assist with invoicing and processing payments when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
