Responsibilities

• Support servers by running food, delivering water, and replenishing table items.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and plateware.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Contribute to opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
