Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with personal care, support goal-building in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and foster meaningful relationships to encourage community participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid Driver’s license and access to insured, registered vehicle.
