Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor in Texas to help implement Individual Service Plans and supervise a team of caregivers delivering services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will support daily activities, coordinate schedules, and assist with transportation and community outings, contributing to meaningful, person-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification required by regulatory authority, if applicable.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.
