Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Duluth, MN is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live well and independently.

You will assist with personal care, support daily goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, build meaningful relationships, encourage participation in the community, and take initiative to improve participants’ quality of life every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
