Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Minnesota. You will assist with personal care, support participants in achieving developmental goals, and promote community involvement.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork, with a reliable, compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma required; six months of human services experience preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.

• Assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
• Helping participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
