Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges to achieve independence and improve their quality of life.

You will provide person-centered care, follow care plans, help with daily activities, accompany to appointments, and support life skills, with access to training and growth opportunities within a mission-driven organization.

• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Support personal care, life skills and social engagement.
• Remain available for 24/7 care where necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old; valid driver's license
• Passion for helping others, reliable, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn, physically and emotionally resilient
• Preferred: 1-2 years in healthcare or social services; strong communication skills
