Support Partner (2 South)

Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm (weekend and holiday rotation)

Responsibilities

• Assist care team members with activities of daily living (bathing, feeding, transferring, ambulating patients)
• Transport patients, specimens, and supplies as requested
• Complete cleaning of common areas on unit, including desks, phones, do‑not‑use utility, pantries, conference rooms, staff and visitor bathrooms, and lounge areas
• Perform routine “daily” cleaning of occupied patient rooms and extensive discharge cleaning in alignment with infection control guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Stock appropriate supplies
• Support relationship‑based care by providing compassionate, holistic care to patients, families, and co‑workers and promoting a safe, caring, and healing environment

Compensation

Estimated Compensation Range: $16.14 – $24.21 (pay based on experience)
