Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is looking for a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver personalized service in a fast-paced store environment. You will share product knowledge, drive a seamless omnichannel experience, and educate customers about our loyalty programs.

You’ll collaborate with store leaders on merchandising and inventory, while maintaining a visually appealing space and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting hospitality culture.
• Initate authentic conversations and provide personalized service.
