Job summary

Responsibilities include merchandising, scheduling, and occasional store resets. Training is provided, with a starting hourly wage and raises over the first year.

• Experience in retail merchandising is preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and maintain backroom organization.
• Communicate with management about service or schedule concerns.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment with good time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets, minor fixture work, and product assembly when needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company tablet.
