Responsibilities

• Safety – Performs all tasks in a safe manner and follows required PPE and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine.
• Make adjustments to machinery as needed and coordinate with lab personnel and leads for improvements.
• Meet productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Train others as needed and obtain/maintain Operator Certification.
• 6S and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Schedule: 2 – 2 – 3 | 5:45 AM – 6 PM

Job Duties

• Safety –Performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations
• BBS Participation
• Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach
• Meet productivity standards
• Complete required documentation
• Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
• Make adjustments to machinery as needed
• Suggest improvements to processes or procedures
• Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader, and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements
• Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for a clean and safe work environment
• Obtain and maintain Operator Certification
• Train others as neededAdditional duties as assigned
