Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Machine Operator in Eaton, OH to operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and support a fast-paced production environment. You will load parts, inspect quality, trim excess material, and follow safety procedures to ensure consistent results.

The role offers shifts with overtime as needed, competitive weekly pay, and an attendance bonus of $1.00 per hour on all shifts. Prior machine operation experience and dependable attendance are preferred.

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.25 per hour

Additional $1.00/hour Attendance Bonus Available on All Shifts

Schedules

Overtime as needed

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
