Belk, Inc. is seeking a Support Flex Associate in Florence, Alabama. This hourly role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience by processing deliveries, stocking merchandise, and supporting floor sets and promotions.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, move, and stock merchandise (at least 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and sort by department for readiness.
• Apply sensor tags, process product transfers and RFID tasks for inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities tasks including lighting, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Support floor sets, promotions, price changes, and order picking/packing for customers.
• Maintain back-of-house organization and replenish supplies to support operations.
• Enhance in-store customer experience by assisting customers and supporting peak periods.
