Solenis is a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree.For additional information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com or follow us on social media.We are looking for a Support Engineer for our Pulp and Water division in the New Hampshire/Maine territory! **What You'll Do:** * The primary resource who performs routine testing and monitoring at the customer site including data entry and contributes to service report preparation* Interfaces with the customer to understand any issues with chemicals or equipment.* Manages product inventory at the customer including deliveries to process units and offloading to customer tanks.* Adjusts chemical feed levels to meet optimal chemical performance based on routine testing and monitoring; Delivers chemical and compiles trial data at the customer site* Alerts the site manager of any problems or opportunities with the customer and begins to troubleshoot issues* Conducts expanded testing of process variables to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts* Specs out, sets up, maintains and troubleshoots monitoring and feed equipment* Works with the site team and customers to ensure optimal program performance.* In this position the employee will be trained to conduct lab testing, repair and install chemical feed equipment, input numbers into excel, inventory control, chemical transfers, and maintain a positive customer (mill personnel) relationship. **What You'll Bring:** * Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree).
