Job summary

Solenis is hiring for a field-based role in New Jersey. You will perform routine testing and monitoring at customer sites, manage inventory and deliveries, and adjust chemical feeds to meet optimal performance.

You will also enter data and help prepare service reports while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be trained to conduct lab testing, repair and install chemical feed equipment, input numbers into Excel, and manage inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or technical field.
• Solving complex and non-routine technical problems.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Industry and customer literate, or ability to pick up Solenis technologies quickly.
• Drive for results; proactively addresses complex issues.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Must pass background check, drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Alert the site manager to problems or opportunities and begin troubleshooting.
• Spec out and maintain monitoring and feed equipment; input numbers into Excel and maintain customer relationships.
• Receive training to conduct lab testing, repair/install chemical feed equipment, and inventory control.

What You'll Do:

The primary resource who performs routine testing and monitoring at the customer site including data entry and contributes to service report preparation Interfaces with the customer to understand any issues with chemicals or equipment. Manages product inventory at the customer including deliveries to process units and offloading to customer tanks. Adjusts chemical feed levels to meet optimal chemical performance based on routine testing and monitoring; Delivers chemical and compiles trial data at the customer site Alerts the site manager of any problems or opportunities with the customer and begins to troubleshoot issues Conducts expanded testing of process variables to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts Specs out, sets up, maintains and troubleshoots monitoring and feed equipment Works with the site team and customers to ensure optimal program performance. In this position the employee will be trained to conduct lab testing, repair and install chemical feed equipment, input numbers into excel, inventory control, chemical transfers, and maintain a positive customer (mill personnel) relationship.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $103,026.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
