Job summary

Flex is seeking a proactive Support Engineer to join a small, embedded team within Engineering. You will blend hands-on support with real engineering work, building tooling and automating workflows to scale our health-tech payment platform.

You will triage tickets, meet SLA targets, and deliver clear, technically sound responses while partnering with Engineering and Operations to unblock issues, test fixes, and improve systems.
