Job summary

Cloud Campaign, a fast-growing SaaS startup, is looking for a Support Engineer in Portland to help customers with seamless integration, data flow, and operational efficiency. You will reproduce and triage bugs, run SQL queries, and collaborate with our engineering team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar role.
• SQL expertise and scripting skills required.
• Experience with AWS products (Dynamo, RDS, ACM, EC2).
• Basic understanding of Java code.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce and triage bugs like a pro.
• Run SQL queries to help with customer data exports and cleanup.
• Work within AWS to manage customer accounts and data.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement solutions.
• Join customer calls to troubleshoot tricky issues.
