Qualifications

• 1–5 years of Salesforce experience.
• 1–5 years of Customer Support or DevOps experience.
• Knowledge of SaaS environments and integrated technologies.
• Knowledge of development technologies: XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, error logs.
• Familiarity with branching strategies and hosted version control (Copado) and Salesforce working knowledge.
• Git repositories familiarity.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with relationship-building ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage case queues per customer agreements.
• Answer technical questions and resolve platform-related issues with Workarounds.
• Understand and advocate for customer needs.
• Resolve customer service issues and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective expectation management.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in product areas and share knowledge.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and ensure accuracy.
