Job summary

Delart in Redmond, WA, seeks a hands-on Lab Operations Associate to support dynamic R&D environments. You will ship/receive equipment, manage inventory, and stage devices across multiple labs, performing basic hardware setup and cabling, and coordinating with vendors to keep operations seamless.

Asset tagging, serial-number tracking, and accurate documentation are required, along with helping with lab moves and safety practices (ESD/PPE).

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical/voc training, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• At least 1 year of lab, logistics, or hands-on support experience.
• Ability to lift/move equipment and install racks.
• Experience with inventory management and asset tracking.
• Basic device setup and network registration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• On-site work in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities

• Ship, receive, pack, and transport equipment between labs and sites.
• Manage lab inventory, tagging, and serial-number tracking.
• Set up lab hardware: stage devices, racks, cabling, switches.
• Coordinate lab moves and space reconfiguration.
• Perform basic device setup and network registration.
• Coordinate maintenance with external vendors.
• Schedule vendor and guest lab visits; provide on-site support.
• Coordinate EHS and facilities needs; support inspections and PPE.
• Track documentation for lab assets and processes.
