Activision Central Technology is seeking a passionate Software Engineer, Automation & Data to build scalable automation platforms, developer tools, and data solutions that help us take our cutting‑edge games to the next level.
Automated testing is a core part of our engineering ecosystem. In this role, you'll design and build the software, tooling, and infrastructure that powers automated testing, enabling developers to efficiently collaborate and iterate on compelling gameplay while increasing overall test coverage.
We run a multitude of online services that require highly scalable infrastructure, and we're looking for an engineer to build internal platforms, automation services, and production‑ready tools that support game development across the organization.

As a Software Engineer, Automation & Data, you will work closely with Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to design and develop software solutions that improve automation at scale. You'll build and maintain internal tools, automation frameworks, stress‑testing systems, and telemetry solutions while collecting, visualizing, and analyzing data to improve product quality.
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, and the home studio for this role is Santa Monica, CA.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $79,200.00 - $146,504.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
