Job summary

InReach in Monroe, NC is seeking a full-time Support Coordinator (Qualified Professional) to develop and coordinate Plans of Care for individuals with IDD. You will meet with clients and families, work with partners, and ensure smooth operations in daily activities.

The role requires a 4-year human services degree, 2 years IDD experience, supervisory experience preferred, and a valid driver's license. We offer a hybrid schedule with comprehensive benefits and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in human services or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervised direct experience working with the IDD population.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Outreach staff in implementing supports for individuals served.
• Monitor and manage day-to-day operations.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Implement and review Plans of Care for clients.
• Oversee work schedules and payroll hours.
• Provide one-on-one supervision as needed.
• Share on-call responsibilities for emergencies.
