The role requires CAP/IDD waiver program experience, credentialed QP status, and strong organizational and communication skills, with English proficiency essential for collaboration with families and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field with 2 years of post-graduate experience under supervision of a credentialed QP.
• Credentialed as a Qualified Professional (QP).
• Experience in CAP/IDD waiver programs, including consumer and staff supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal growth and independence of service recipients through staff training and support.
• Respond to needs of service recipients, families, and program staff.
• Organize and coordinate staff resources effectively.
• Assure quality and timeliness of all documentation.
• Document hiring and training activities per federal, state, and local requirements.
• Maintain compliance with mandated training requirements.
• Communicate professionally with service recipients, families, and agency stakeholders.
• Advocate for service recipients in all situations.
• Promote agency growth through quality services and sound fiscal management.
• Interview and hire eligible staff.
• Purchase and allocate resources within budgetary guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
