The Policy Rating Technician is responsible for general clerical duties within the Personal Lines Underwriting Department in support of the Underwriting Operations. This includes processing applications for insurance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, audits, binders, and related materials following specific procedures and guidelines. The role also involves overseeing receptionist duties, including adhering to corporate security measures for visitors and vendors, clerical functions, and documenting visitor traffic. These duties are performed under general supervision.
