Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a detail-oriented individual for a full-time, on-site role in Spokane, WA. You will answer calls, emails, and messages from franchise owners and customers, schedule technician jobs, and assist with administrative tasks across the national franchise network.

The position offers a fast-paced yet low-stress environment, with opportunities for growth and regular training. This role is in-person at our Spokane location with shifts between 6:00 am and 5:00 pm and no nights

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Call Center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and Teams messages from customers and franchise owners.
• Schedule jobs for technicians.
• Assist franchise owners with administrative tasks.
• Use online software to manage details.
• Work closely with the Support Center Team.
• Answer questions from customers about repairs.
• Support salespeople nationwide.
• Take part in regular meetings and trainings.
