POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy replenishment for the sales floor; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Accurately enter all receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests.
  • Receive and process visual materials, props, signage, and store stockroom hardware.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Notify management of cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, signage, and visual presentations.
  • Support boutique cleanliness and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines.
  • Teamwork demonstrated ability.
  • Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use.
  • Reliable attendance; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100%).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
