Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, with core principles guiding all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy replenishment for the sales floor. Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely.
  • Accurately enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests.
  • Process visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware properly.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, signage, etc.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving approach.
  • Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.

Other duties as assigned. Duties may vary across brands.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines.
  • Teamwork demonstration.
  • Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
  • Effective communication using headsets.
  • Regular attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing for 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
