White House | Black Market, Inc. is seeking a part-time Support Associate in Round Rock, TX. You will safeguard inventory, assist on the sales floor, and ensure stockroom efficiency while upholding brand standards and a hospitable customer experience.

You’ll collaborate with store leaders to execute visual directives, restock merchandise, and maintain an organized, inviting shopping environment. The role requires 18+ years old and flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.

• Merchandise and represent new products on the sales floor promptly.
• Restock products and update price changes effectively.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Support leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, signage.

About The Role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.

• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.
