Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment. You will cultivate genuine connections, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in our Cedar Park store.

You will contribute to store performance, assist with merchandising and inventory, and maintain brand-standard visuals. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required, with eligibility rules by state and age.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old for TX per state rules.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
