Job summary

White House Black Market in Midland, TX, is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers and provide personalized service in a welcoming, customer-centered environment. You will share product knowledge, support store goals, and help maintain brand standards on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a passion for fashion, with opportunities to learn and grow within the WHBM brand. Regular/Part-time hours apply at this location.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
