White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Associate in Houston to greet customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

You will engage customers, support omnichannel experiences, and contribute to store performance through merchandising and teamwork. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

You'll bring to the role

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
