Wolt is seeking a part-time live-chat support agent based in Bratislava to assist customers, partner venues, and couriers. The role covers Slovakia primarily, with some coverage for Czechia, operating daily in a shift-based schedule from early morning to late night.

Role overview

Provide live-chat and occasional phone support for customers, partner venues, and couriers as part of a part-time, student-friendly support team based in Bratislava. Shifts cover the Slovakia market primarily, with occasional coverage for Czechia, operating every day from roughly 7:00 am to 1:00–2:00 am. The role starts in October 2026 and is open to candidates living outside the Bratislava and Trnava regions.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming live chats, with occasional phone calls, from customers, venues, and couriers.
• Help keep the daily delivery operation running smoothly through accurate, timely responses.
• Multitask across several conversations in a fast-paced shift-based environment.
• Cover Slovakia primarily, with occasional shifts supporting Czechia or other markets.
• Apply a customer-obsessed, team-oriented mindset on every interaction.

Requirements

• Fluent Slovak and professional working proficiency in English, minimum B2.
• Some prior experience in a customer-facing or service role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a friendly, personal tone.
• Comfort working evenings and weekends on a rotating shift schedule.
• Fast-learning attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
