Wolt is seeking a part-time live-chat support agent based in Bratislava to assist customers, partner venues, and couriers. The role covers Slovakia primarily, with some coverage for Czechia, operating daily in a shift-based schedule from early morning to late night.

Onboarding occurs in Bratislava with potential home-office flexibility after probation. Fluency in Slovak and professional English (B2) are required, along with prior customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.

• Cover Slovakia primarily, with occasional shifts for Czechia or other markets.
• Provide a customer-obsessed, team-oriented interaction in every exchange.
