POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe that with our teams, we are the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
  • Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment; reorganizes merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
  • Ensures new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
  • Enters all receiving documents into the computer system, reconciles merchandise invoices, and completes store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and promptly.
  • Ensures visual materials, props, signage are received and processed timely; properly stores stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
  • Participates in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alerts management to cash supply needs.
  • Assists with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, signage placement, etc., as directed.
  • Supports boutique cleanliness and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
  • Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is desired.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; use of headset required.
  • Regular attendance and flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays are essential.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constant walking/standing for 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. for 1-33% of shift.
  • Frequent climbing for 34-66% of shift.
