Job summary

Soma in the Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk, South Windsor, CT is seeking a Support Associate to help run inventory processes, restock merchandise, and keep the sales floor organized and inviting.

This role blends back-of-house and frontline duties: you’ll manage stock, price changes, and visual updates while upholding brand standards and delivering a hospitality‑driven customer experience. Regular attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure the stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through teamwork and collaboration.

About the role
As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You’re proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
