Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a boutique, delivering personalized service and a hospitality-first experience. You will engage shoppers, share product knowledge, and help maintain an inviting store environment in Troy, MI.

The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a team-oriented mindset. You will learn store processes quickly and contribute to merchandising and stock organization.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
