Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for its South Barrington location to deliver a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience and to share product knowledge with shoppers.

The role focuses on building personalized connections, driving omnichannel service, supporting merchandising, inventory replenishment, and keeping the store visually aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in IL for eligibility.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds to stock or assist customers.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
