Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Soma at The Shops on El Paseo, Palm Desert, CA. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a hospitality-focused environment.

Responsibilities include driving a seamless omnichannel experience, educating on loyalty programs, supporting merchandising and inventory, and maintaining brand standards. Requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.


• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.


• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
