Job summary

Soma is seeking a Support Associate to blend backroom efficiency with on-floor service. You will manage shipments, move products from the stockroom, and ensure items are where they need to be to support a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities include organizing the stockroom, merchandising new products on the floor, restocking, and updating pricing while upholding brand standards. Join a collaborative team focused on hospitality and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Keep the stockroom neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects a culture of hospitality.

About the role
As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You’re proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
