Position Overview: Virtual Opportunity. We are seeking a sharp and adaptable analyst to join our Revenue Operations team as a Revenue Operations Support Analyst. This role provides critical analytical and operational support to the RevOps management leading Nasdaq's CPQ system implementation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of consulting experience and will serve as a key liaison between Revenue Operations, Product Strategy, and Tooling teams throughout this transformative project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical and operational support
- Serve as primary point of contact between Revenue Operations team and cross-functional project stakeholders
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from various departments
- Assist in translating business needs into actionable specifications
- Conduct detailed analysis of current pricing processes, deal structures, and approval workflows
- Support testing and validation of CPQ configurations
- Assist in change management activities and user adoption planning
- Monitor project progress and help identify potential roadblocks or process gaps
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize deal desk operations and pricing strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or related technical/analytical field (great work experience will supersede education requirements)
- 3-5 years of consulting experience with exposure to business process analysis and system implementations
- Advanced Excel skills including complex modeling, data analysis, and financial calculations
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to quickly understand and adapt to new technologies and business concepts
- Previous exposure to Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations functions
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and enterprise software implementations
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to quickly understand new business concepts and technical systems
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project coordination abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Apttus, etc.)
- Background in financial services or technology sector
- Experience with business process mapping and workflow design
- Systems analysis or technical consulting background
- Experience with CRM systems and sales process optimization
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and quote-to-cash processes
- Project management or business analysis experience

- Support cross-functional collaboration across all project workstreams
