Join Our Team as a Support Analyst at Harris Computer

Harris Govern is seeking a Support Analyst to join our growing team! This position is remote and involves providing exceptional customer support and training for our suite of CAMA and tax products.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, or live chat, resolving technical issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose software and hardware issues, working closely with clients.
• Conduct training sessions through webinars or on-site visits.
• Document support cases accurately and maintain records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.
• Develop and update support resources like FAQs and user guides.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical and customer service skills.
• Provide feedback for process and product improvements.
• Occasional travel (0-25%) for on-site support, sometimes on short notice.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in a technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with support tools like CRM and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Commitment to excellence.
• Experience with relational databases or SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of Mass Appraisal or Tax Office industry is highly desirable.
