**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Coordinate department tools and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with IT, Data Team, Engineering, and Senior Leadership on system support and tool enhancements
- Create and present Customer Success data and metrics to senior leadership and executive teams
- Maintain records and databases with personnel, financial, and performance metrics as needed
- Assist various departments with troubleshooting and resolving issues via phone and ticket systems

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Proven experience with data management, metrics, projections, and forecasting
- Familiarity with tools such as Work Force Manager, Talkdesk, HelpScout, Looker, and similar systems
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with familiarity in office management procedures
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Google Sheets

**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Basic knowledge and use of Python or other coding languages is a plus
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
