This role is currently work-from-home and will move to the office environment after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

JobDiva is looking for a bright, enthusiastic candidate to join its Technical Support Team as a Support Analyst. Full training is provided and no technical background is required, though aptitude for learning and clear thinking is a necessity.

Responsibilities :
  1. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding clients through corrective steps.
  2. Troubleshoots customer issues over the phone.
  3. Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
  4. Participates in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
  5. Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
Skills Required :
  1. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  2. Customer / Client Focus.
  3. Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
  4. Experience in a customer service or help desk capacity preferred.
