One year of specialized experience which includes 1) maintaining records to track quantities and/or locations of supplies; 2) using automated systems to enter and/or update routine transactions; AND 3) receiving/storing supplies to support basic operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04).
Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
