SUMMARY:

The Supply Supervisor is responsible forensuring that the area of work is completed in a timely manner and with highquality. This is done by working with others and coordinating the employees’efforts, along with doing part of the work themselves. This individual will beworking alongside warehouse workers and help to maintain the process flow,quality, and other operational and personnel processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assists the Warehouse Manager in planning and assigning tasks towarehouse employees in order to achieve objectives
• Assists theWarehouse Manager in coordinating the planned and unplanned work flow ofthe warehouse
• Contribute ideason ways to improve or optimize warehouse functions
• Promote a safework environment by ensuring that employees are properly trained on thewarehouse equipment and use it appropriately
• Ensure warehouseorganization & stock rotation including cleanliness
• Championcontinuous improvement activities and culture
• Communicate jobperformance standards to team members
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensurecompliance with all applicable requirements related to product and servicequality, environmental standards, food safety, and health and safetyregulations.
• Promote a safeand healthy work environment by preventing work-related injuries and illnesses,eliminating hazards, and reducing health and safety risks.
• Compliance with Hazard Analysis Critical ControlPoints (HACCP)/General manufacturing practices (GMP) guidelines forpersonal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by unitmanagement.
