Owens & Minor, a global healthcare solutions company, seeks a Head of Supply Planning Strategy & Enablement in Richmond, VA. The role leads capabilities, processes, systems, data governance, and transformation to achieve world-class planning performance across the enterprise.

You will build scalable planning capabilities through technology, analytics, and change management, partnering with IT, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and business leaders to advance planning maturity and IBP/S&OP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain planning experience.
• 5+ years leading supply chain transformation, planning excellence, planning systems, or digital enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year supply planning enablement roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead initiatives to enhance planning capabilities, service levels, inventory performance, productivity, and agility.
• Design future-state planning operating models supporting IBP, S&OP, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.
• Define and execute the technology strategy for planning, including SAP IBP, ECC/S4HANA, Kinexus, Blue Yonder, and APS solutions.
• Drive data governance, KPI development, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decisions.
• Lead organizational change management and user adoption for system/process transformations.
